Just downloaded a couple of original, circa-1940's Tom and Jerry toons.

You remember these; black woman plodding along yelling "THOMAS!" and kicking the shit out of our hero who, more often than not, deserved all of it.

I'm sad to say I don't enjoy them as much as I used to. I used to be able to watch those two clobber each other until my eyeballs bled.

Then again ...I was something like 8.

But still.
